Mark your calendar for July 18 and Aug. 22 and plan to attend a coffee hour.
These are not your mother’s coffee hours but coffee hours with an active twist.
On July 18 stay after late worship for coffee hour number one. Come to Luther Hall where hearty snacks will be provided and you’ll get to participate in a brief “getting to know you exercise.” This half hour will start us on our way as we get to know each other better and we try to imagine God’s plan for Immanuel’s future.
On Aug. 22 we’ll repeat the exercise between services. After 8:15 a.m. worship, come to Luther Hall for the same exercise, part II. You may come both times. In fact we’d love it if you would come twice. Children are most welcome and we’ll have activity tables set up for them.
Centered Life is sponsoring the coffee hours and if you have a question or would like to join the team, see Carolyn Wilson. Team members Dorcas Doering, EB Walker, Ramelle Timm, Peg Himebaugh and Sally Baehni are willing to answer questions about the coffees or the Centered Life Team.
